What We Do

Brand Strategy & Positioning
+

We find the thing that's true and different, then build a platform around it, whether that's a dining room, a jar on a shelf, or a combi oven nobody can tell apart from four competitors.

  • Positioning
  • Messaging Frameworks
  • Naming
  • Competitive Audits
Creative & Design
+

Identity, packaging, menus, signage, booths, and campaign creative built by people who know what food is supposed to look like when it's doing its job.

  • Brand Identity
  • Packaging
  • Menu & Print
  • Campaign Creative
Web Design & Development
+

Sites that do the specific job your segment needs, orders and reservations for operators, buyer confidence for brands, spec assets and dealer tools for manufacturers.

  • Website Design
  • Development
  • SEO Foundations
  • CMS Training
Content, Social & Photography
+

Food photography, video, and social that makes product crave-able, plus community management that handles the praise, the questions, and the occasional two-star review.

  • Food Photography
  • Video
  • Social Strategy
  • Community Management
Media Planning & Buying
+

Consumer media built around meal periods and trade radius. Trade media built around buying cycles, trade press, and the shows where your customer shows up.

  • Media Strategy
  • Paid Digital
  • Traditional Buying
  • Performance Reporting
Sales Enablement & Trade
+

The unglamorous work that closes B2B revenue: sell sheets, category review decks, dealer kits, rep collateral, and trade show programs.

How We Work

01

Get in the kitchen

We start where the food is. Kitchens, plants, warehouses, trade floors, the story worth telling is never in the brief, it's in the building.

02

Build the recipe

Strategy and creative come together into something specific to your business and your segment, not a template with your logo dropped in.

03

Turn up the heat

We launch, we watch the number that matters, covers, velocity, doors, leads, and we keep adjusting the mix every quarter.

Why Saucy

We don't adapt to your industry. We only work in one.

Generalist agencies bill you for the ramp-up, the calls where you explain what a category review is, or why a Friday dinner rush changes every assumption in the plan. We skip that, because we've already had those conversations with everyone else on your supply chain.

Full-Service Marketing FAQ

What does “full-service” mean at Saucy? +

Strategy, brand, design, web, copy, social, photography, media buying, PR, and trade collateral, all produced by our own team. In practice it means one group owns the whole thing, so the sell sheet, the website, and the trade show booth all sound like the same company.

Do you only work with food and beverage companies? +

That's the whole business now. We still support a handful of long-standing clients in other industries, but everything we build, hire, and specialize for is food and beverage.

Can we hire you for one piece instead of everything? +

Yes. Plenty of clients start with a single project, a rebrand, a website, a category review deck, a menu launch, and expand from there. We'd rather do one thing well than sell a retainer nobody needed.

Is Saucy an affordable marketing agency? +

We're not the cheapest and we don't try to be. What we are is faster than a generalist, because you're not funding our education in your category. Scope and pricing are set up front, and we'll tell you when something isn't worth doing.

Do you outsource or white-label any of the work? +

Never. Everyone who touches your account, strategy, design, copy, media buying, is in-house at Saucy.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract? +

No. There's no long-term contract with Saucy. We work hard to keep you happy every month, and we'd rather earn your business on an ongoing basis than lock you into it.

Not sure which piece you need?
